Shipping Policy

Once we have your rug(s) ready we will immediately ship them. After that the post office services will provide us with a tracking number so you can track your shipment, if you order outside the USA it may take a little longer but don't worry your rug will get there for sure.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once you pay for your order, we create it and ship it you won't be able to return it. if by any reason your rug it's damage or presents some issues we can provide you with a new one completely FREE.
